Patna Medical college and Hospital (PMCH) is a premier medical college in Patna Bihar. The campus spread across 48 acres comprises of  essentially low rise structures, constructed over the last 100 years. The proposal would aim at a phased development for the site, taking up non- essential pockets in the first phase to make way for essential immediate requirements to be established.

The project shall be taken up in three phases. Phase one involves a total built-up area of 314,776 sqm at a cost of 1972 crores, with the construction of Hospital Block, staff accommodation, student hostels, ancillary block, MLCP and utility block. Phase two involves a total built up area 197,117 sqm at a cost of 1458 crores with construction of Hospital Block, Medical College (250 admission) staff accommodation, student hostels, auditorium, MLCP & utility services . Phase three involves a total built up area of 206,761 sqm at a cost of 1270 crores with construction of Hospital Block, staff accommodation, student hostels, MLCP and utility services.
