The city Bus transport system is being expanded on priority to meet the increased requirements. There is acute shortage of space in the city for the Bus Depots. Further more, the DTC Headquarters in IP Estate are in need of re-development.

The DTC Depot in approximately 6 Acres of land, is being redeveloped as modern office and bus depot complex with provision for multi level bus parking, direct FOB connection with Metro station, transport related facilities, retail and conference facilities in Ground floor and concourse level and terrace cafe. Scope for future is being maintained to enable expansion at any stage. The Office complex overlooks the river Yamuna and enjoys openness on west side, with expansive views, flexible floor plate and automated parking provision.
