The site is located in Jawahar Nagar near Shamir Pit in Ranga Reddy Distt., Hyderabad (A.P.). The landform of the site was largely undulated land, gentle hillock and interspersed boulders.
Set amidst the backdrop of Deccan Architecture, the 200 campus comprises of: Academic complex, Hostel / Residence, Auditorium, Open-air theatre for 2000 Seats. Academic complex conceived along the slopes of the hillock, enjoys panoramic view. The natural slopes of the site have been harmoniously blended by appropriate locations of the buildings, amphitheatre and open spaces. The boulders have been meticulously integrated as natural landscape features.
Tree plantation is conceived considering the climate, wind, temperature, rainfall. Green Technologies and features for climate control, energy, water and waste management, rainwater harvesting, waste water recycling and STP are integrated within the campus.
Energy saving air conditioning (VRV based) only within Academic areas, coupled with maximum day light & cross ventilation for students and residents to enjoy, ensure user comfort in hot Hyderabad climate with optimal energy consumption. CFL/LED lighting in common areas are planned to save on electrical energy in lighting design.
